LOVE = Lay down your life for another whether for your brother, father, mother, sister
LOVE = Even laying down your life for your enemies
LOVE = Truth


LOVE = Patient
LOVE = Kind
LOVE = Envy, Boast
LOVE = Proud
LOVE = Rude
LOVE = Self-seeking
LOVE = Easily-angered
LOVE = Keep record of wrongs
LOVE = Delight in evil
LOVE = Rejoices with the truth
LOVE = Always protects
LOVE = Always trusts
LOVE = Always hopes
LOVE = Always perseveres
LOVE = Always fails 
LOVE = Everlasting
LOVE = Eternal 
LOVE = Goes on and goes on
LOVE = Goes beyond time 
LOVE = Only thing that last when you die


No greater LOVE than he who lays down his life for his friends
Are you willing to lay down your life for your friends?
You might want to lay down your life for mother, father or your best friends...
BUT are you willing to lay down your life for even those that hate you?
The definition of LOVE = JESUS CHRIST
He is LOVE
The nails in His hand...
The thorns in His brow....
Hanging on the cross for your sins, my sins...
That is LOVE
He died for you and me while we still hated Him
That is LOVE
GOD = TRUE LOVE
if you dont know this love, now is the time to know
PERFECT LOVE



Imagine if the world is like this: FULL OF LOVE!
We must start the change in ourselves before we tell that to others.
Next time we are asked that by people, we wont be saying uhm, uh...
we now know the answer...
LOVE = JESUS CHRIST!

PHILIPPINES!

This is the map of the Philippines. (OUR COUNTRY) The capital of our country is Manila. 


The blue stripe symbolizes patriotism and justice. The red represents valor and the blood spilt for freedom and independence and the white stands for peace and purity. The white triangle represents equality and the Katipunan nationalist organization. The three stars represent the three main geographical regions of the Philippines: Luzon, Mindanao and Visayas. The sun represents independence and its eight rays represent the eight provinces that led the Philippine uprising against Spanish rule.


These are people in our country. These are filipinos. 


This is a taxi. It is one of our public transportation. 

This is a bus. It is one of our public transportation. 


This is a jeep. It is one of our public transportation. 


This is a tricycle. It is one of our public transportation.

Cambodia

This is the map of Cambodia. It shows the Capital which is Phnom Penh and all the other cities.



This is the flag of Cambodia. The blue stripes represents the royalty of the country. The red symbolizes the nation. The white represents the religion - Buddhism. The emblem of the white temple represents the towers of Angkor Wat in the middle of it.



These are people from Cambodia. They are eating on the floor. It is the same with our country, we call it picnic though. I am not sure if people in the province still do this. 


These are buddhist monks. They gather to celebrate Vesak Day. They celebrate it to commemorate the birth and death of Buddha. 




 In the picture, you can see motorcycles parked in front of the gate. These motorcycles is their main mode of transportation. 


This is another form of transportation. They call it tuk-tuk. 



One tradition that they have their is to put shoes outside the house or before entering the house.

San Diu of Vietnam

I was looking for something different to do in my blog. I remembered the site our very own, Mam Phoebe gave us before. When I went to the website, I saw over 50 ethnic groups, I picked San Diu. In our notes, I just copied their proper name, which is "San Deo Nhin." When I read what was in the website, there was not much information in it. 

The first thing I saw is their language, which is lu Mien. As I scrolled down to read, I found out that it is only their speaking language. People here have to learn how to speak english. 

The next thing I saw is their religion. It says that there less than 2% of Evangelical Christians there. 

There are a lot of challenges when you share there. First, of course, is being able to speak their language. Second is teaching them english. Third is how to live with others who are not Christians. I think the hardest challenge their is letting others know you are a Christian. It says that the persecution rank is 18. This means that if you are a Christian, it will be VERY HARD for you. 

A big challenge for us Christians who are not there is to pray for the missionaries. We should also pray for the church that will be built or if it is build, we should pray for it's pastor and members. Let us pray also that as those pastors and members show love to others, the others will show love to them too.
